Thanks to laddies staff for smooth check in for me pre upgrade room. Thank you so much. Appreciate
STAFF NAME KAMARUL SO RUDE... i Already request early check in & arrived around 12. He promised try to get the room within 1/2 hour. Latest 1 hour due the room is not ready yet. So the timing already 1pm. He still surrounding never check with housekeeping until i sound its already 2.00pm. almost 2Hrs im waiting. Then the laddies staff come, That staff kamarul, just leaving the Counter like that. So the staff ladiess take over it. She give me the room. What the nonsense That boy staff.
